Steve Surine, Student Ministries

Steve came to Oakwood in July 2009. He is a graduate of Grand Rapids Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree in pastoral ministry. He is also a graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. Before moving to Grand Rapids to attend seminary, he was the Interim Director of Student Ministries at a local Bible church. He also worked as a Youth Treatment Specialist at Wedgewood Christian Services. He and his wife Jennifer have been married since June, 2006 and have a son.
